Fourteen Park, a condominium tower of roughly 20 stories with approximately 100 units, is planned for 250 14th St NE in Midtown, near 14th Street and 14th Place. Kolter Urban, a Delray Beach, Florida-based luxury developer, is developing the project, with Brock Hudgins Architects designing and HBA handling interiors. Construction is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Kolter bought the property in late 2025 and has been acquiring adjacent townhomes, bringing the site to about 1.35 acres.

Amenities include a pool, fifth-floor amenity level, fitness center, residents' lounge, private dining room, spa, dog park, guest suites, and bike storage, plus a private shuttle to Ansley Golf Club and Piedmont Driving Club. Ansley Real Estate/Christie's International Real Estate is handling sales.
