Highwoods Properties has acquired 6Hundred at Legacy Union, a 24-story, 411,000-square-foot Class AA office tower at 600 South Tryon Street, for $223 million. The sale closed in November 2025. Lincoln Property Company developed the project; LS3P was the architect.

Construction started in April 2022 and the tower delivered in 2025. It was 84% leased at acquisition with a weighted average lease term over 12 years. Robinson Bradshaw anchors the building on a 100,000-square-foot pre-lease signed in 2022.

The tower includes 832 parking spaces and a ninth-floor amenity center with co-working space, meeting rooms, a fitness center and a pickleball court. It also has a terrace and curated art lobby, and is planned for LEED Gold.

6Hundred is the fourth office tower at the 10.2-acre Legacy Union development. It connects to the Highwoods-owned Bank of America Tower and SIX50 at Legacy Union.
