Prologis has received approval for Skybox Hutto 4, a single-story, 846,300-square-foot data center at 3399 County Road 132 in Hutto. Corgan Associates Inc. is the architect.
The project moved from proposed to approved status. It is classified as industrial use, listed under infrastructure, and currently in core and shell construction. Interior fit-out will be handled separately by tenants.
Completion is expected October 30, 2028. The project adds to the wave of large-scale data center construction along the CR 132 corridor, where industrial investment continues to push outward from central Austin.
