Planned infrastructure includes on-site power generation, an electricity substation, and battery storage. The facility will use a closed-loop cooling system running on reclaimed water.

The project remains in proposed status and must clear local permitting, utility agreements, and site plan review before construction. Taylor continues to draw industrial and tech investment anchored by the nearby Samsung semiconductor facility.
