All 130 units are income-restricted. Building permits have been issued across multiple filings of 15 units each; the unit count was revised from an initial report of 15 to the full 130 now on record.
Amenities include a playground, BBQ and picnic area, clubhouse, laundry facilities, and recycling services, plus on-site management and maintenance.
The site sits on the Airport Boulevard corridor between US 183 and I-35, with Capital Metro bus service and the Mueller development nearby to the west.
