Construction is underway on One Lady Bird Lake, an 18-story mixed-use tower at 151 S 1st Street in the South Central Waterfront district. The project, previously tracked under a general district address, now has a confirmed address and active construction status. Related Companies is developing, with design by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates PC.
The 200-foot tower will contain 298 units across 696,025 square feet, with a mix of condominiums and apartments, each with dedicated lobbies. Plans include 463 parking spaces.

Amenities include two waterfront restaurants, amenity spaces, and a connection to the Lady Bird Lake boardwalk. Completion is expected in February 2028.
The site sits just south of Lady Bird Lake near the South Congress corridor and the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail, within walking distance of downtown via the Congress Avenue Bridge.
