Uptown Landing, formerly the Fletcher District, is under construction at 13801 N. 46th St. near the University of South Florida. The mixed-use project includes 850 units and a 150-room hotel. ACE Fletcher LLC is developing, with Baker Barrios Architects designing.

The project combines student, affiliate, and graduate housing with commercial and hospitality uses. Plans call for four to six restaurants, retail, a hotel and conference center, and an academic research facility.
Site plans include green and recreational space. A pedestrian bridge over Fletcher Avenue will link the project to the USF campus to the south.
Completion is expected December 31, 2028.
