EDGE Collective II is under construction at 11th Street South and 1st Avenue South in St. Petersburg. PTM Partners is developing the mixed-use project, with architecture by Storyn Studio for Architecture.
The 20-story tower totals roughly 500,000 square feet with 330 units and 285 parking spaces. Completion is targeted for late 2028.
Amenities include a seventh-floor deck with a resort-style pool, fitness center, spa, media room, and co-working space. The ground floor will have retail arcades and paseos.
The site sits in the EDGE District along the 1st Avenue South corridor. This is the newsletter's first coverage of the project; future updates will track progress toward the 2028 completion.
