The project includes a 1.1 million-square-foot parking structure and more than 6,000 additional parking spaces, nearly four miles of new roadway and a 1,300-foot bridge to the airside complex. Amenities include four outdoor terraces, a Welcome Point waiting area, an expanded security checkpoint, accessible restrooms, nursing rooms and a sensory room.

The terminal targets LEED Gold certification and runs on an industry-first on-site solar and natural gas microgrid. More than 90 percent of materials and labor came from the region. The program created 14,300 jobs and $2.5 billion in economic activity.
