A 10-story Holiday Inn Express has been approved at 333 Union Street, the corner of 4th Avenue North and Union Street near Printers Alley. The project was previously tracked under the intersection address before the formal address was confirmed. Union Holding LLC is developing, with design by SV Design.

The building rises 120 feet across 10 floors. Filings list 108 rooms; earlier reports cited 116. It is the first Holiday Inn Express in our coverage of the 4th and Union corridor.
A rooftop bar is the primary amenity. The site sits one block from Printers Alley and within walking distance of Lower Broadway and the Ryman.
