Hollis at Legacy Pointe, a 360-unit apartment community from Embrey, has been approved for the northeast corner of Saturn Parkway and Main Street in Spring Hill. The project is new to our tracking and moves directly to approved status.
Amenities include a clubhouse, business center, fitness studio, resort-style pool, courtyard, grilling area, pickleball court, and dog park.
Completion is expected June 30, 2028. The project now moves to permitting and site work.
