NOVEL Richland Creek, a 277-unit mixed-use development from Crescent Communities, is under construction at 40 White Bridge Pike near Belle Meade. The address was revised from a previously listed 4500 Harding Pike, the unit count dropped from 388 to 277, and the height fell from eight floors to seven. Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture is the architect.

The seven-story building totals approximately 780,000 square feet and includes a 78-room hotel and 400 parking spaces. Completion is expected December 30, 2028.
