Hearthstone Properties has started construction on Atrium at Fountains, a 52-unit, 5-story mixed-use project at 1540 Medical Center Parkway in Murfreesboro.
Atrium at Fountains, also known as Two Fountains Plaza, is under construction at 1540 Medical Center Parkway in Murfreesboro. The 5-story mixed-use building will contain 52 units totaling 212,000 square feet. Hearthstone Properties is developing, with Paradym Studio as architect.

The signature feature is a 7,200-square-foot glass-roofed tropical atrium with a 30-foot waterfall. Completion is set for December 31, 2028.
Amenities include a fitness center, owners' lounge with executive dining room and warming kitchen, pet wash station with secure dog walk, and concierge and package service. The building will also house a 175-seat theater with tiered seating and a 30-foot video wall, plus a holistic health collective.
Residents get access-controlled underground parking, private storage, and covered terraces. A planned sky bridge will connect to a lap pool. Owners receive complimentary access to the Studio at Fountains meeting space and café.
