Mercedes-Benz Places Miami is under construction at 140 SW 11th St in Brickell, moving from proposed to active status. The JDS Development Group tower, designed by SHoP Architects, will rise 67 stories and 780 feet, with 791 residential units and 174 hotel rooms across roughly 2.5 million square feet.

The project is the first Mercedes-Benz-branded residential development in North America. It includes 881 parking spaces, valet, EV charging, and a porte-cochère. Completion is set for December 31, 2027.
Amenities include a rooftop pool, sun deck with garden pools, a vitality pool deck, screening room, and wellness facilities. Residents get access to a Mercedes-Benz house car fleet plus bike and scooter sharing. The project also adds greenspace at Southside Park.
The site sits near Brickell Metrorail and Metromover stations, close to the South Miami Avenue and Brickell Avenue corridors.
