Amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center, tenant lounges, coworking space, a gaming area, and an outdoor terrace with grilling. Completion is expected by December 31, 2028.

The site fronts Biscayne Boulevard with direct access to I-395 and the MacArthur Causeway to the south and I-195 to the north. Miami-Dade Transit bus routes serve the corridor between Downtown and the Upper Eastside.
