Amenities span multiple levels: several pools, a seventh-floor deck with outdoor seating and terraces, 5,909 square feet of indoor amenity space, a private club with bar on the 36th floor, and a rooftop pool and terrace.
The site sits on the Alton Road corridor near West Avenue, a short distance from the MacArthur Causeway. The project remains in the proposed stage and faces Miami Beach design review and planning board hearings before permits.
