Winners Tower, a proposed 25-story mixed-use development at 1709 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in South Dallas, has been cancelled. Winners Development Corporation planned the tower at MLK Boulevard and Colonial Avenue with 60 condos and a 160-room hotel.
This is the first time this newsletter has tracked the project, and it enters the record as cancelled. The address on file has been updated from the intersection listing to 1709 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
The tower was to combine condos, the hotel, and ground-floor retail along MLK Boulevard. Amenities included a bank, grocery store, office space, conference and event space, a helipad, and garage parking.
The site sits in the Fair Park area along one of South Dallas's primary commercial corridors. No replacement development has been filed for the address.
