The $406 million refinancing of Trammell Crow Center, a 50-story, 1.2M SF tower at 2001 Ross Ave in the Dallas Arts District, has closed.

The 50-story tower rises 686 feet and contains 1,226,825 square feet of office space. Trammell Crow Company developed the building; Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed it.

Amenities include the TCC Athletic Club, a conference center, an outdoor pavilion, on-site dining, and ground-floor retail. The property fronts Ross Avenue in the Arts District, near the Dallas Museum of Art and Klyde Warren Park.

The refi is the latest major capital markets transaction for a downtown Dallas trophy office asset.
