Torrington Forest, a 248-unit affordable housing development, is under construction at 7100 S. Great Trinity Forest Way in southeast Dallas, near the Great Trinity Forest. JPI is developing the three-story project, with FGM Architects as architect. Completion is set for June 30, 2028.
All 248 units are income-restricted. The project previously appeared in tracking as a proposal and has now moved into active construction.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, community room with kitchenette, and business center. Outdoor features include a dog park, walking trails, and picnic and grilling areas, aligning with the site's proximity to the surrounding forest and parkland.
