Endeavor Real Estate Group won approval for Lucille, a 22-story, 265-unit mixed-use tower at 2700 McKinney Ave. in Uptown Dallas.
Lucille, a 265-unit mixed-use tower, has been approved for 2700 McKinney Ave. in Uptown Dallas. The 22-story, 320,000-square-foot project is developed by Endeavor Real Estate Group, with HKS designing a hotel component on Parcel C1.
Completion is expected December 31, 2028. The tower will rise along McKinney Avenue, a primary Uptown corridor connecting the neighborhood to downtown.
Amenities include a rooftop infinity-edge pool with cabanas, an observation deck, and outdoor grilling and dining stations. Indoor offerings: a private dining room, coworking space, business center, conference rooms, and a fitness center with infrared sauna. The building will also have 24/7 concierge, package and dry-cleaning lockers, and a dog grooming spa.
The project is targeting LEED Silver. Austin-based Endeavor has a long track record of office, retail, and mixed-use development across Texas, including multiple DFW projects.
