NorthPoint Breaks Ground on 1M SF Intermodal Facility in Fort Worth

NorthPoint Development is building a 1,007,817 SF cross-dock industrial facility at TX-114 and John Day Rd in Fort Worth, with completion set for March 2027.

Intermodal Logistics Center West Building 1 is under construction at TX-114 and John Day Rd in Fort Worth, near Haslet in northern Tarrant County. NorthPoint Development is developing the 1,007,817 SF industrial project.

The cross-dock building features 40-foot clear heights, 100 dock doors, and four oversized ramp doors. Trailer parking totals 194 stalls, expandable to 404, with 750 surface parking spaces.
