Plano has approved AT&T's 2.3 million-square-foot, $1.35 billion global headquarters campus at 5400 Legacy Drive. The project, new to our tracking, moved directly from proposed to approved status. The 8-story campus will reach 280 feet. KDC is developing, with architecture by Gensler.
The address was refined from Legacy Drive and Parkwood Boulevard to 5400 Legacy Drive. Completion is set for December 31, 2028.

Amenities include a child care center, public plaza, green space, and hike and bike trails. A pedestrian bridge will connect portions of the site, with parking garages serving the office space. Plans also include a 280-foot communications tower.
