The Meadow, a 75-unit supportive housing project from Sycamore Strategies, LLC, has been approved at 8130 Meadow Road in Dallas. The three-story building totals 77,132 square feet.
All 75 units are affordable, paired with on-site resident services under the supportive housing model. Plans call for 84 parking spaces.
Amenities include a fitness room, theater room, business center, library, food pantry, and community spaces.
Completion is expected June 30, 2028. The site sits near Vickery Meadow, one of Dallas's most densely populated neighborhoods.
