Streetscape improvements include a new traffic signal and crosswalk on Preston Road and roughly 1,000 linear feet of sidewalk work.

The site sits near the Preston Royal shopping center at one of North Dallas's busiest retail intersections. The project remains in the proposal stage and must clear city zoning and permitting before construction.
