Plans combine apartments and townhomes with ground-floor retail, restaurants, and structured parking serving residents, hotel guests, and visitors. Site plans show green space, wide sidewalks, and bike lanes, consistent with the pedestrian-oriented design common in LoSo.

The site sits near the LYNX Blue Line corridor. Yancey Road connects to South Boulevard, served by the Scaleybark and Tyvola stations, and links to Interstate 77 via nearby interchanges.

The project remains in the proposed stage and requires rezoning and site plan approval from the City of Charlotte.
