Plans call for 1,460 residential units and a 130-room hotel, with a listed completion date of December 31, 2031. Amenities include live-work-play units, indoor and outdoor entertainment space, a grocery store, retail, restaurants, and office space.
The site sits east of I-35, near Texas State University and the San Marcos Premium Outlets corridor. McCarty Lane connects the site to I-35.
