Virgin Hotels Atlanta, a 261-room development, is under construction at Centennial Yards, Atlanta, GA. Developed by CIM Group with Centennial Yards Company and The Drew Company, it will rise 14 stories.

Amenities include a lobby bar, signature restaurant, pool terrace bar, rooftop bar, pool deck with 10 cabanas, seasonal bar, event lawn, and 2,900 sq ft of meeting space across three rooms. Completion is expected by December 31, 2027.
