Wingate Companies has proposed the Trestletree Village Mixed-Income Redevelopment at 794 Ormewood Ave. SE in Ormewood Park, adjacent to the BeltLine's Southside Trail. The five-story project calls for 800 units, with TSW as planning consultant.
