Landmark Breaks Ground on The Standard at Kennesaw Near KSU

Landmark Properties is building The Standard at Kennesaw, a 157-unit, five-story student housing project at 112 Townpark Drive, with completion set for 2028.

The Standard at Kennesaw, a 157-unit student housing project, is under construction at 112 Townpark Drive near Kennesaw State University. Landmark Properties is developing the five-story building, designed by Niles Bolton Associates.

Amenities include a rooftop pool deck with Jumbotron, grilling area, firepits, clubhouse, fitness center, sauna, golf simulator, and open-air courtyards. The project also offers a study lounge with café, bike storage, and a campus shuttle. Units feature in-unit laundry and en-suite bathrooms.
