The Bowery, a 273-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at Boulevard & Highland Avenue in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward. Developed by Northwood Ravin with Fuqua Development and designed by Cooper Carry, it features 7 floors and 400 parking spaces. Notably, 41 units are designated as affordable housing, addressing diverse housing needs. Completion is slated for June 30, 2028.
