Tech Square Phase III, comprising the George Tower and Scheller Tower, is complete at 828 W. Peachtree Street NW in Midtown. The 18-story, 300-foot mixed-use development contains 416,500 square feet. Georgia Tech developed the project; Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio designed it.

The towers include 11 classrooms, huddle rooms, and conference rooms supporting the Tech Square innovation district. Street-level space houses The Porch, a public gathering area, and a Kaldi's Coffee. Parking totals 31 spaces, including EV charging.

Design features include a monumental cantilevered stairway, a landscaped courtyard with bistro seating, a green roof terrace, and an outdoor plaza. The project earned LEED Platinum certification and a 4 Peach rating under the Georgia Peach Green Building Rating System.

The site sits near the Midtown and North Avenue MARTA rail stations, bus routes along Peachtree Street and North Avenue, and the Downtown Connector (I-75/85).
