South Downtown's food-retail hub and Founders Green park are under construction at South Broad & Mitchell Streets, Atlanta. Developed by Atlanta Ventures, completion is slated for July 2026.

Amenities include the half-acre Founders Green park with a concert stage, seating for outdoor movies, and viewing areas. Wider sidewalks, outdoor patios, and walk-up service windows are also planned.

The design emphasizes indoor-outdoor features to enhance street-level vibrancy, contributing to the area's ongoing revitalization.
