Legacy at Herndon Square Phase II, a 201-unit mixed-use development, is complete at 527 Herndon Square Ave in English Avenue. The six-story, 335,348-square-foot project is the second phase of the Herndon Square redevelopment. Pennrose developed; Thriven Design designed.

Of the 201 units, 170 are affordable. The project holds EarthCraft Multifamily and ENERGY STAR certifications.

Herndon Square sits on the former Herndon Homes public housing site, near the Atlanta University Center and Mercedes-Benz Stadium district. Phase II continues the multi-phase effort to return mixed-income housing to the site.
