Georgia State University is renovating 353,000 sq ft across 18 floors at 100 Edgewood Ave, Downtown Atlanta. The project includes Sparks Hall at 33 Gilmer St and 148 Edgewood Ave.
Renovations feature a greenway expansion, Panther Quad, a pedestrian plaza, façade improvements, gathering spaces, a dining area, classrooms, and a rooftop terrace. Completion is set for June 30, 2026.
This project enhances GSU's educational infrastructure, integrating communal and functional spaces for students and faculty in Downtown Atlanta.
