Georgia-Pacific Tower's 400-unit mixed-use project at 133 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, has been approved. The 51-floor, 1.3 million sq ft development, designed by Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio LLC, will rise 697 feet and include 2,100 parking spaces. Amenities feature a landscaped plaza, restaurants, entertainment, and retail. Completion is set for September 30, 2027. The project includes 130 affordable housing units.
