Georgia-Pacific LLC has cancelled its proposed mixed-use redevelopment of 133 Peachtree Street in downtown Atlanta. The 51-story, 697-foot tower would have contained 400 units across roughly 1.3 million square feet. Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio was the architect.

Plans called for 2,100 parking spaces and 130 affordable units among the 400 residences, with completion targeted for December 31, 2027.

Amenities included a landscaped central plaza, retail, dining, and entertainment space, plus direct MARTA connectivity at Peachtree Center station and Atlanta Streetcar access. Multiple MARTA bus routes also serve the Peachtree Street corridor.
