Generation Atlanta, a 336-unit, 17-story tower at 369 Centennial Olympic Park Drive NW, has sold in a $98 million foreclosure sale.

Generation Atlanta, a 336-unit, 17-story residential tower at 369 Centennial Olympic Park Drive NW, has sold in a $98 million foreclosure sale. The 365,714-square-foot building was developed by Kaplan Residential and designed by Niles Bolton Associates.

Completed in August 2020, the tower includes 380 parking spaces and 34 affordable units. It sits adjacent to Centennial Olympic Park in downtown's tourism and entertainment district, near the Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca-Cola.
