EverOn Data Center Services has signed a headquarters lease for 21,600 square feet at Star Metals Offices, 1055 Howell Mill Road NW in West Midtown. The 15-story building was developed by The Allen Morris Company, with architecture by Oppenheim Architecture, and holds LEED certification.

The lease comes as Atlanta formalizes its approach to data center development. The Atlanta Data Center Task Force, established under Resolution 26-R-3853, has completed its work, and a data center tax compliance rule (26-R-3938) is now being tracked with an expected completion date of August 31, 2028.
