The Corso Atlanta South Tower, a 110-unit, 11-story senior living development, is under construction at 3200 Howell Mill Road NW in Buckhead. Galerie Living is developing; THW Design is the architect.

Completion is expected by June 30, 2028. The tower expands the existing Corso Atlanta senior living campus.

Amenities include a grand ballroom, bar lounge, two restaurants (a formal Italian kitchen and a cafe), wellness venues, retail, a movie theater, courtyards, and a heated pool. Services include 24/7 concierge, complimentary valet, an onsite Sugarcoat Beauty salon, and onsite nurses and physicians.

The site fronts Howell Mill Road NW, a north-south corridor linking Buckhead to I-75 and West Midtown.
