Civic Center Senior Housing, a 148-unit development, is under construction at the Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Center site at Pine Street NE & Ralph McGill Boulevard, Atlanta. Located in the Old Fourth Ward, it's developed by Civic Center Partners, a joint venture of The Michaels Organization, Sophy Companies, and Republic Properties, with architecture by Goode Van Slyke Architecture.

The six-story building will include 148 affordable units, 74 parking spaces, and amenities such as a fitness center, computer lounge, arts and crafts room, community/social service office, lobby, package room, laundry room, community room, public café, and exterior gathering areas. Completion is slated for September 30, 2027.
