Civic Center Redevelopment Phase I, a 148-unit project, is underway at Pine Street NE, Atlanta. Developed by Civic Center Partners—The Michaels Organization, Sophy Companies, and Republic Properties—in collaboration with Atlanta Housing, the architecture is by Goode Van Slyke Architecture.

This mixed-use development features six floors and 74 parking spaces. Amenities include a lobby, package room, social service office, arts and crafts room, fitness center, community room, computer lounge, laundry room, public café, BBQ stations, exterior gathering areas, and a private residential terrace. Completion is slated for September 30, 2027.

All 148 units are affordable housing, meeting high sustainability standards with certifications like EarthCraft, Energy Star, Zero Energy Ready Homes, and LEED for Neighborhood Development.
