A 305-unit student housing development is under construction at 850 West End Ave SW in Atlanta's West End, near Morehouse College and Spelman College. The 450,000-square-foot project is developed by Radnor Property Group with architecture by Moody Nolan. This is the first confirmed address for the project, which earlier reports placed generally in the Atlanta University Center area.
The project will serve students at the nearby HBCUs. Construction has moved from proposed to active, with completion expected December 31, 2028.
