Elyse Buckhead, a 194-unit residential tower, is under construction at 102 West Paces Ferry Road NW in Buckhead, Atlanta. The 20-story development by Kolter Urban, designed by Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio, is slated for completion by 2028.

Amenities include a heated pool with cabanas, pickleball court, sports lounge with golf simulator, outdoor kitchen, fitness center, private theater, and club room. Residents will also access a spa with treatment rooms, cold plunge, steam shower, and sauna.

Units offer private terraces up to 12 feet deep, floor-to-ceiling windows, and ceilings from 10 to 12 feet, enhancing the living experience.
