The Tennessee Performing Arts Center East Bank Center, a 307,000 sq ft mixed-use project, is approved for Nashville's East Bank, across the Cumberland River from Lower Broadway. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group with William Rawn Associates and HASTINGS Architecture, it includes four performance venues: a Grand Broadway hall, Dance & Opera hall, flexible black box theater, and intimate cabaret. Additional features are rehearsal studios, classrooms, public lobbies, a rooftop terrace with skyline and river views, and landscaped public spaces. Completion is set for December 31, 2030. Direct pedestrian-bridge connectivity will enhance accessibility, enriching Nashville's East Bank cultural landscape.
