RiverGate Mixed-Use Redevelopment, an 880-unit project, is under construction at 1000 Rivergate Parkway, Goodlettsville, Nashville. Led by Merus, Inc. and designed by Smith Gee Studio, it aims for completion by December 31, 2032.
Features include public green space, a central plaza, walkable streets, and neighborhood retail and dining. Infrastructure upgrades are planned.
Land is donated for future bus transit, enhancing area accessibility post-completion.
