Amenities include a residential lounge, TV room, casual lounge with a demonstration kitchen, fitness and yoga room, game room, co-working space with private study rooms, and an open deck with a pool. Completion is slated for May 11, 2028, with plans to achieve LEED Gold certification for sustainability.
