Northview Housing Development, a 487-unit project, is under construction at West Trinity Lane Corridor, North Nashville, TN. Led by The Clear Blue Company, Urban Campus and Core, Born Again Church, and Dominium, with architecture by STG Design, Thomas & Hutton, and Smith Gee Studio.

Features include 257 parking spaces, a fitness center, rooftop decks, walking trails, recreational spaces, a clubhouse, pool, playground, mail kiosk, and a bus stop. Completion is set for December 31, 2026. All units are affordable housing, certified Energy Star and Fitwel (1-Star).

A bus stop within the development enhances accessibility. This project will expand the neighborhood's residential offerings.
