Construction is underway on the office-to-hotel conversion of the Fifth Third Center at 424 Church Street in downtown Nashville. Pivot Real Estate Partners is converting the 31-story, 435-foot tower into a dual-branded property combining a Hilton LXR hotel and a Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare component. Hastings Architecture is the architect.
The 642,973-square-foot conversion will deliver 318 hotel rooms and 165 timeshare units, with completion targeted for late 2027.
Amenities include a ballroom, lobby bar, all-day restaurant, outdoor plaza bar, and retail/coffee space. The design separates amenity areas for hotel guests and timeshare owners, with public plaza seating and a 75-foot lay-by along the street frontage.
The tower sits on Church Street in the central business district, a corridor seeing increased hospitality and residential investment. The project repurposes an existing office tower rather than building new.
