Boyle Investment Company has won approval for Asbury, a 375-acre mixed-use community on the former Harlin Farm at 1247 Hillview Lane, near Columbia Avenue and Coleman Road in Franklin. Plans call for 249 residential units and an 80-room boutique hotel.
The community is organized around a town square and village green, with an event venue, specialty shops, and workspaces. The plan includes 6.5 miles of walking and biking trails and more than 200 acres of preserved open space—over half the site.
The site sits along Columbia Avenue, a primary corridor through Williamson County, with access to Interstate 65 to the east. With approval secured, the project moves into site plan finalization and infrastructure work ahead of vertical construction.
