The Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami is under construction at 300 Biscayne Boulevard. The 100-story, 1,049-foot tower will span 1.44 million square feet with 387 residences and 205 hotel rooms. Developers are Property Markets Group, Greybrook Realty Partners, Mohari Hospitality, S2 Development, and Hilton; Arquitectonica is the architect. This is the project's first appearance in this newsletter; completion has moved from April 2028 to June 30, 2028.
The tower includes 500 parking spaces. Shared amenities: Peacock Alley, a specialty restaurant, indoor and outdoor event space, a resort-style pool deck with cabanas, a spa, and a fitness center.
Residential owners get a private lobby and lounge, hospitality suite, billiard room, kids' club, and pool deck. Units feature smart-home technology via a custom app.
The site faces Bayfront Park, near the Metromover's Bayfront Park and First Street stations. MiamiCentral (Brightline, Tri-Rail) is roughly a mile west; I-95 and I-395 are accessible via Biscayne Boulevard.
